Your job will be great:

  • Manage incoming phone calls;
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication;
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools;
  • Follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines;
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Required profile:

  • Fluent, verbal and written in German;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

To become a part of our Team you need to be:

  • Able to work in rotative shifts, to help address client, customer, and business needs;
  • You are expected to provide background clearance (certificate for highest level of education, references from previous employment, clean criminal record).
