Your job will be great:   

 

This is an opportunity for a Social Media platform that will include such responsibilities:

 

Regarding Appealing:

  • Reviewing user behaviour across multiple platforms.
  • Determining the risk level of users based on SOP criteria.
  • Verifying user-provided documents to ensure authenticity and match system records.
  • Making decisions to blacklist or whitelist users based on review outcomes.

 

Post Manual Review:

  • Conducting in-depth reviews of user behaviour across multiple platforms.
  • Assessing the risk level of users according to SOP guidelines.
  • Identifying and presenting observations related to potential fraud trends to senior team members.
  • Making decisions to blacklist or whitelist users based on review findings.

 

Pending Review:

  • Analysing user behaviour across various platforms.
  • Evaluating the risk level of users based on established SOP criteria.
  • Identifying and reporting potential fraud trends to senior team members.
  • Making decisions to blacklist or whitelist users based on review results.

 

Customer Escalation:

  • Investigating reasons for transaction rejections.
  • Reviewing user behaviour across multiple platforms.
  • Assessing the risk level of users and providing standard replies based on SOP guidelines.
  • Managing user status by removing them from the blacklist or adding them to the whitelist as appropriate.

 

Chargeback:

  • Collecting information through screenshots from multiple platforms.
  • Preparing chargeback representment documents in accordance with specific requirements and templates based on reason codes.
  • Submitting representment through the portal within specified timelines.
  • This position requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to SOP guidelines, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to senior team members.

 

Required profile: 

  • Fluent in verbal and written English (Bilingual or native speaker).
  • University degree or equivalent educational qualification (preferably).
  • Previous experience in fraud review and/or backoffice control related tasks (preferably in the tech industry).
  • Understanding of payment methods including CCDC, Paypal, and E-wallets.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the review process.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Adaptable and committed to continuous learning.
  • Strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
