What you'll be doing at Webhelp

As a French-Speaking Client Support Advisor for Cloud Services, you will:



    • Assist customers via phone, email and chat on all their queries related to their orders, subscriptions and invoices

    • Deliver a high quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience

    • Follow up customer queries until they are fully resolved, and meet commitments within agreed deadlines.

    • Interact with the various departments to ensure smooth processing of the customer request



We'll be a great match if you:



    • Have a high level of French (C2) and fluency in English (B2)

    • Have a first successful experience in customer relations.

    • Have good interpersonal and writing skills.

    • Are computer literate in terms of Pack Office.

    • Are versatile and highly organized.

    • Are autonomous and able to work in a fast-changing environment.
