What you will be doing
- Act as a primary point of contact to passengers
- Answer questions regarding reservations, cancelations, online check-ins and more
- Work on a shift-based schedule, from 7.00-22.00, 40 hours a week
- Work from a top modern office in the heart of Brno OR...
- Work remotely from anywhere in the Czech Republic
What we expect from you
- Minimum B2/C1 level of German & English
- Valid European Passport
- Strong motivation and a "can do"-attitude
- Interest of a long term employment (minimum 1 year)
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is preferred, but not a requirement
