What you'll be doing at Webhelp

As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will:

• Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.

• Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.

• Attract potential customers by answering questions about rent-a-car reservations and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs.

• Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.

• Process and respond to contact requests promptly.

• Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.

We'll be a great match if you: 

• Have a high level of German (written and oral)

• Have excellent communication and active listening skills

• Have the ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions

• Are proactivity, self-motivated, and a great team player
