Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist (CSS) to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers throughout their Customer Experience journey. Full training will be provided to successful candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to our clients throughout their Zahoree Customer Experience journey.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers across various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Analyze customer inquiries and issues promptly, develop solutions, and effectively implement them.
- Maintain professionalism and patience while addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
- Utilize computer systems and software efficiently to manage customer interactions and support tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service or support is preferred.
- Fluent in German + C1 Level in Swedish / Danish or Norwegian, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Must have a good understanding of English, as it is the internal company language.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with relevant software applications.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT Score).
- Productivity metrics such as calls handled per hour or chat sessions completed.
- Average Call Abandonment Rate.
