Our client is seeking experienced Danish-speaking customer service professionals to join their team of travel consultants in Helsingborg!

Tasks:

• Handle inbound calls from private customers in Denmark.
• Actively listen and respond to questions based on customer needs, providing advice and upselling our campaigns and activities.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering effective solutions based on sustainability and profitability.
• Be an expert in planning, executing, and maximizing sales opportunities on each call.
• Provide accurate information on prices, products, and baggage and destination booking. Properly document all processes in our client's computer system.

Your profile:

• Fluent Danish speaker at C1 level.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales.
• Expert in listening and communicating via phone and email.
• Good computer skills, including navigating and registering within computer systems.
• Able to multitask and quickly adapt to changes.
• Resilient to stress and capable of defusing heated situations with dissatisfied customers.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member. Can shift shifts as needed and be punctual!
