Your Role:

Your tasks will involve communication via phone, chat, and email. Through these channels, you will work towards providing excellent service to Danish-speaking customers.

About You:

• Excellent communication skills in Danish, both written and verbal.
• Outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with people.
• Interest in learning more about call technology and other initiatives to prepare for the job.
• Willingness to relocate to Riga if currently residing in Denmark.
