About your area of responsibility:

  • Greet customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner using agreed procedures
  • As a first level agent, you answer incoming calls and handle every customer problem in a solution-oriented manner
  • You ensure that the services provided to our customers meet the contractually agreed key performance indicators ("KPIs")
  • You listen carefully to customer's concerns and needs, show empathy and use the opportunity to build a relationship with the customer
  • Maintain basic knowledge of the products and/or services
  • Complete and accurate work, including appropriate notations on accounts, as required
  • Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and company performance
  • Track, document and retrieve information in the call tracking database
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring to published materials, secondary sources or more experienced staff

About your profile:

  • Knowledge of German + knowledge of English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
  • Experience in a fast-paced operational environment, in a call centre environment, or in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • PC knowledge required
  • Patience to communicate and solve problems
  • Treat all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Proactive, self-motivated and a great team player
  • Good organisational skills and an independent way of working
