Nordic Jobs Worldwide is recruiting for this position on behalf of our client. The company is currently looking for Danish-speaking Travel Agents to work from their office in Helsingborg. You will provide quality customer support to business travelers, finding solutions for flights, hotels and trains before and during their travels. You want to make sure their travel goes smoothly, they arrive to meetings in time and return home to their family and friends.

Your profile:
- Interest for B2B, service and travel industry
- Experience and success in customer service/sales is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Danish and English
- Active listening; you are able to understand the context of the traveler's experience
- Opportunity to develop valuable and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Ability to find the right solution for the customer
- Ability to communicate in a structured and effective manner
- Computer typing and IT skills
