Our client, a leading provider of outsourced customer experience management services, is seeking a talented Customer Support Agent fluent in Norwegian and English to join their dynamic team in Chania, Crete. As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients while enjoying the beauty and culture of Crete.
About the role:
In this role you'd be working with the Norwegian-speaking customers of a well-known TV provider. Customer Service Agents will be answering inbound calls and emails from customers, who have technical issues with their device and/or missing channels, inquiries about sales and also issues related to their subscription/invoice.
