German-speaking Customer Advisor for Banking Sector in Athens,

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be on the frontline, helping our banking customers with various financial questions. Your role includes resolving issues promptly and maintaining positive customer relationships through friendly and professional communication.

As a customer service specialist in this banking project, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing the highest level of support to our banking customers via phone and email on a range of financial issues
  • Offering accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by adhering to the correct procedures
  • Taking ownership of customer queries, ensuring timely resolution and response
  • Cultivating meaningful relationships by answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Exceeding customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Crafting an exceptional customer experience that is valued by people and that we take pride in
  • Following management directives responsibly and providing constructive feedback as required

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Native or proficient level of German (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (at least B2 ideally C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills - with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to historic Athens, Greece
