Job Description:

  • Seeking an Account Manager to foster enduring, trusting relationships with customers, overseeing a portfolio and exploring new sales avenues.
  • Responsibilities entail understanding customer needs, nurturing relationships, generating leads, providing accurate information, meeting sales targets, handling complaints effectively, and maintaining records.
  • Upholding communication procedures, guidelines, and "Safer Gaming" philosophy is vital, along with staying updated on rules, processes, and licensing needs, going above and beyond when engaging customers.

What They're Looking For:

  • English fluency and native-level French Proven customer service experience handling VIP clients
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and adaptability to different personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in computer usage and touch typing
  • Ability to perform under pressure with accountability and conscientiousness
