Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to Danish customers (via phone, email, chat).
- Technical support - finding solutions when a product is malfunctioning
- Provide information about products
- Communicate clearly and politely with all customers
Personal Qualifications
- Experience from service-related positions
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Willing to relocate to Athens and have the experience of a lifetime
- You possess good written and verbal skills in Danish and English.
