Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content, posted on the French market
• Ensure that all information uploaded by users follows guidelines based on the client's policies;
• Become familiar with community policies and standards;
• Provide and follow best practices used to better achieve client KPIs;
• Use the knowledge gained to propose ideas for improvement internally or externally.

Your profile

• Native level of written and oral communication in French (mandatory);
• Please note: you must have the legal documents in your possession before proceeding with an application (European passport or work VISA for the country for which you are applying). I inform you that without one of these two documents, I am not able to help you in your job search, as we and our partners do not provide an administrative assistant to acquire them and they are mandatory to create an employment contract.
• Fast and natural learning to allow you to develop your skills in a short time;
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level);
• Resistance to stress;

• Empathetic;
• Self-motivated and with a positive attitude;

• Experience in processing large volumes of online content;
