Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to provide high-level support for banking services, digital payments, and digital wallet services.
  • Conduct end-to-end investigations for cases related to banking and digital payments.
  • Contribute to the creation, improvement, and documentation of daily work processes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Guide new clients through digital onboarding, particularly focusing on KYC requirements and procedures.
  • Build trust and security for customer requests related to mobile apps and digital payments.
  • Assist in the testing of new payment services provided through mobile apps and create supportive materials (FAQs) for end-users.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
  • Availability to work 24/7 to ensure continuous support.
  • Previous experience in a high-level support role within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of banking services, digital payments, and mobile app usage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
