Job Description: We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our remote team based in Greece. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking customers with inquiries, providing product support, and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and professional assistance to our German-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
• Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product support in German and English.

Requirements:
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent grammar and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
