Job Description: We are seeking Nordic-speaking Customer Service Support Representatives to join our remote team based in Greece. As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our Nordic-speaking customers with inquiries, providing product support, and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and professional assistance to our Nordic-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
• Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product support in the respective Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) as well as English.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.

Requirements:
• Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent grammar and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work remotely from Greece.
