Job Description: We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator with proficiency in 
English to join our team in Lisbon. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for  reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with our community

Responsibilities:
• Review and moderate user-generated content in German and English, including text, images, and videos.
• Enforce community guidelines and standards to maintain a high level of quality and integrity on our platform.
• Identify and remove inappropriate or offensive content, including hate speech, harassment, and graphic material.
• Respond to user inquiries and reports regarding content moderation issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and tools.

Requirements:
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent grammar and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with online community guidelines and standards is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content with professionalism and  empathy.
