Claims Processing Coordinator- Italian speaking

West London – Hybrid – flexitime

Salary – up to £29k per annum depending on experience + excellent benefits

This role will suit a candidate with B2B customer service, order processing, supply chain management or credit control background

You will manage disputes and claims processes and play a pivotal role in optimising cash flow by resolving issues promptly and accurately in this fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for third-party suppliers and internal/external stakeholders, driving effective communication and resolution.
• Manage credit notes and refunds in alignment with contractual agreements and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with Reporting Analyst to provide insightful reporting to senior management.
• Support Claims Manager in achieving KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor account risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate smooth operations by providing management support and accurate data.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of European logistics, particularly Italian logistics companies
• Fluent in business Italian.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage escalations and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven experience in claims and dispute resolution.
