What you'll be doing at Webhelp

As a French and English-Speaking Technical Support Engineer, you will:



    • Coordinate with software engineers to address escalated technical issues promptly.

    • Enhance collaboration for effective problem-solving and bug resolution.

    • Manage the correct and efficient escalation of bugs and technical issues to software engineers.

    • Manage the ticket queue volumes and work with the team to ensure customer issues are resolved

    • Prioritize and facilitating swift resolutions to enhance user experience

    • Serve as the primary contact for all technical concerns related to the platform.

    • Ensure streamlined communication channels for issue resolution.

    • Act as the main link between users and Customer Success on one side and development teams on the other.

    • Facilitate effective communication flow to address technical issues promptly.



We'll be a great match if you:



    • Are fluent in both French and English

    • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

    • Demonstrate expertise in API integrations

    • Are proficient in collaborating with developers, product managers, account managers, and clients

    • Are a skilled problem solver

    • Are capable of effectively communicating complex issues in both written and verbal forms

    • Exhibit an autonomous personality, with a keen interest in taking initiatives and leading projects
