About the Role: Join our client's team in Riga as a Customer Support Agent! Are you fluent in Danish and English, with a knack for problem-solving and a dedication to customer satisfaction? Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Danish (CEFR level C1).
• Good English skills (B1+ or better) in both written and spoken communication.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls with customer inquiries and provide solutions to end-users.
• Escalate priority issues according to client specifications to the nearest supervisor when necessary.
• Work independently and in teams, promoting effective communication with internal and external contacts.
• Provide exemplary customer service and meet quality standards.
• Perform any additional ad hoc tasks contributing to improved customer service.
• Participate in required trainings.
