Your Responsibilities:

• You work closely with the heads of quality assurance to collect, prioritize, and report on the key issues impacting decision accuracy for each market and industry.
• When new content guidelines are developed and prototyped, you inform the local teams about the impact of the guideline changes on ongoing work.
• Conduct "just-in-time" training for reviewers on new or modified content guidelines, as well as "refresher" training on existing content guidelines on an as-needed basis.
• You actively review decision accuracy to ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards and policies.
• You lead investigations into escalations of inaccurate decisions to understand the root cause(s), especially in cases where the guidelines are new, the content is ambiguous, or a wrong decision would have significant implications.
• You train reviewers in the use of review tools and systems.
• You create process documentation and collect feedback on the functionality of review tools.

Your Profile:

• Fluent command of German C2 (ideally native level) and English
• Minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing (customer support or account management)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an auditing or quality environment involving quality control and quality analysis
• AdWords Search Fundamentals certified (preferred)
• Experience in a B2B environment and active use of digital/internet and online applications (AdWords, advertising, etc.)
• Proven ability in critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well both independently and within a larger team-oriented environment
• Technologically savvy - the ability to learn, retain, and apply vast amounts of product, process, and policy knowledge
• Clearly demonstrated passion for a culture of excellence and commitment to quality in customer service.
