We are looking for a talented Spanish Trainer to be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions, as also measuring the efficiency of each training process and improve metrics.

 

As a Trainer in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
  • Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
  • Develop or oversee, training roadmap/modules, classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
  • Deliver the training content through various channels/ mediums
  • Ensure self-paced training courses are completed
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
  • Serve as a single point of contact for all product training and documentation needs
  • Creates learning experiences that equip new and long-term associates to excel in their work environments through expert classroom instruction, on-floor mentoring and one-to-one skills coaching.
  • Creates and maintains a positive learning environment. 
  • Modifies and presents training programs for representatives/agents
  • Maintaining project training documentation
  • Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining agent performance
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Stays informed about the client processes and recommends program changes where appropriate
  • Perform any other reasonable duties that may be requested by the client or Direct Managers
  • Understand and comply with all regulatory, fair-trading and competition rules and adhere to Health, Safety and Security responsibilities
  • Attend trainer meetings
