We are looking for a talented French Recruiter to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. 

 

As International Recruiter you're the vital link between clients and candidates. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing local and international recruitment processes;
  • Implement global recruiting strategy (9 steps);
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the selection process;
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications;
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, language skills, experience and aptitudes;
  • Conduct interviews;
  • On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated;
  • Perform background checks and assure all legal requirements and company policies are respected;
  • Promote the role of Human Resources inside the company, showing professionalism and being a positive influence at every occasion;
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Native or proficient French (mandatory)
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong facilitation, problem-solving, research and decision-making skills 
  • Solid understanding and use of computer basics (Internet, e-mail, MS Office)
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) 
  • Internet navigation skills and knowledge of job boards
  • Strong customer service orientation, analytical and decision making skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast- paced environment
  • Stress tolerance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational/time management skills
  • Decision making skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Task and Target oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures

  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal 
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

 

Education and experience

  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources, or directly related work experience
  • Experience in Recruitment & Selection and or Human Resources
