As an Insurance Support Specialist, you'll contribute to providing a safer life for your customers. In this role, you will handle insurance documents and customer data across various customer service channels.

We're looking for someone who is punctual, service-oriented, and values teamwork. It's also expected that you're comfortable using various computer programs and proficient in English as it may be required for work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer and insurance data
  • Executing insurance agreements, quotes, and certificates
  • Making changes to insurance agreements and customer data
  • Issuing user rights documents
  • Generating invoices and notices
  • Providing information regarding documentation to customers
  • Daily communication with the direct supervisor: informing about significant errors and IT system issues
  • Sharing important information with colleagues in your team and Nordic contacts
  • Making suggestions for improving work processes
  • Ad-hoc tasks

Expectations from You:

  • You have a relevant background, possibly a high school diploma
  • You speak and write Danish at least at a B2 level
  • Previous work experience with office/data handling is useful but not required
  • You are detail-oriented and have good teamwork skills
  • You are interested in self-development and advancing your career
  • Strong IT skills are a requirement
  • You should be service-oriented and able to make quick decisions
