About the Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be part of our ambition to deliver top-notch service in the iGaming industry. Your responsibilities include:
- Independently handling customer inquiries with speed and creativity
- Representing the company in all customer interactions
- Communicating with customers via email, phone, and chat
- Advising and understanding Danish customers' perspectives and providing solutions
Responsibilities:
- Communicating respectfully with customers both verbally and in writing
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, fostering trust
- Identifying and reporting areas for improvement in company procedures
- Providing feedback to the product and technology departments to enhance the platform based on customer perspectives
Skills:
- Experience in online customer support
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Ability to provide efficient and high-quality service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
- Collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience or keen interest in the iGaming industry, sports, or casino games is a plus
- Flexibility to work day and evening shifts
