About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be part of our ambition to deliver top-notch service in the iGaming industry. Your responsibilities include:

• Independently handling customer inquiries with speed and creativity
• Representing the company in all customer interactions
• Communicating with customers via email, phone, and chat
• Advising and understanding Danish customers' perspectives and providing solutions

Responsibilities:

• Communicating respectfully with customers both verbally and in writing
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, fostering trust
• Identifying and reporting areas for improvement in company procedures
• Providing feedback to the product and technology departments to enhance the platform based on customer perspectives

Skills:

• Experience in online customer support
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
• Ability to provide efficient and high-quality service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
• Collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience or keen interest in the iGaming industry, sports, or casino games is a plus
• Flexibility to work day and evening shifts
