We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing player behaviour, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven analysis, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including player transactions, game performance, and customer interactions.
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in player behavior and game performance to inform business strategies and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business inquiries, identify areas for optimization, and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and iGaming to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by adhering to best practices in data management and governance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years experience in data analysis, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
