We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Success Manager - (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30, Friday 09:00 - 16:30

What you'll experience with us



As a Customer Success Manager in our team, you will:



- Accelerate cloud consumption and identify additional cloud cross-sell / upsell opportunities for nominated Corporate customers

- Involve direct outreach (email, calls) to nominated customers by reacting to digital signals generated via TSI marketing and trigger outreach to drive cloud consumption, customer retention, and expansion

- Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios



We'll be a great match if you:



- Are native or proficient in French and advanced in English

- Have 3+ years sales experience

- Are experienced in qualifying and building pipeline at scale, managing aggressive sales cycles, and sales negotiation preferred

- Experience working with or selling Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or similar

- Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning

- Can explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences

- Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment

- Have Microsoft Fundamentals (MS 900) or Azure Fundamentals (AZ 900) certification
