What you’ll do:

As a Multilingual Contact Center Representative,

· You’ ll have the opportunity to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.

· Handle inbound and outbounds calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.

· Resolve inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Fluent in English and native or near native in French.

· Previous experince in sales preferred.

· Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn and grow.

· EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece is required.
