We are looking for an English-speaking Lead Generator - (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you will do in this role
As a Lead Generator on our team, you will:
- Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)
- Update CRM with all communication and as per standards expected
- Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.)
- Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotels
- Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels
- Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required
- Work on external lists when required on other platforms as provided
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:
- Are proficient or bilingual in English
- Have a sales background
- Have great organization and communication skills and positive work attitude
- Have experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
It will be a plus if you have:
- Hospitality background
- Experience in using CRMs
