We are looking for a Bid Managerto join our dynamic Sales team, from our Barcelona office.

The Sales Department plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth, managing client relationships and business development.

What you'll experience with us

As a Bid Manager in our team, you will:

- Be responsible for the end-to-end bid process; from pre bid / sales stage through to in-life bid management, submission and post bid activities including supporting presentations, site visits and contracting process
- Set out the process/planning for bids in such a way that it allows the necessary strategy/win theme conversations to take place, so that they are reviewed as well as signed off by the required stakeholders
- Manage the bid team in terms of coordinating effort and resources from business development, solutions and further internal departments, as well as any third-party suppliers or contractors
- Own the governance: build a bid plan, provide response allocations and timelines to respond
- Manage and collect clarification questions from the bid team and assess responses
- Contribute to both the solution, and the commercial proposals
- Facilitate build and design of response template
- Responsable for the resulting proposal and documents, including the content, design and format as well as the quality assurance of the proposal documentation
- Effectively source content from knowledge libraries, relevant presentations, briefing papers, credentials, capability documents, case studies etc
- Develop the best service solution to our clients considering locations, nature of service, experiences, etc. to generate the highest possible value
- Calculate the resource need for each service (sizing of services)
- Build the pricing structure following the base formats and financial targets
- Complete the validations of Bid, Solution, Pricing

We'll be a great match if you:

- Are native or proficient in Spanish and advanced in English
- Have bid management, proposal writing or sales experience
- Possess knowledge of contact centre BPO industry and trends
- Are able to learn quickly, embrace technology and think creatively, balancing the right bespoke proposals for our clients, with the requirements of our business
- Have a winning mentality
- Work well under pressure, meeting to deadlines whilst remaining supportive and positive
- Are a great 'team player' - willing and able to collaborate with the team and to actively share best practices and new ideas
- Have excellent organizational skills
