We are looking for a French-speaking Business Developer (Hybird) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you will do in this role
As a Business Developer on our team, you will:
- Maximise revenue opportunity by selling the full range of available products and services to new prospects and existing clients
- Understand the portfolio of solutions and services to effectively match these to the customer's needs acting as a brand ambassador
- Analyze new leads to determine opportunities for new, conversion and renewal opportunities, including up- and cross-sell
- Create and manage pipeline to drive revenue on the different solutions offered
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Consistently over-achieve sales quota
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:
- Are proficient or bilingual in French plus advances English
- Have experience in Sales and Account Management
- Are driven and motivated (familiar with sales KPIs and ready for cadence, incentives, etc.)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are able to uncover information by asking the right questions
- Are eager to discover valuable insights from the customers
- Are resilient and not afraid of rejection
- Are value-focused rather than price and/or product focused
It will be a plus if you have:
- University degree
