Language Jobs in Luxembourg
Luxembourg is one of the smallest states, but also has one of the lowest unemployment rates in Europe and the second-highest GDP per capita in the world. As one of the six EU founding countries, along with Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and West Germany, and given the fact that the country shares borders with Germany, France, and Belgium, the microstate plays an important role within the European Union. Thanks to its three official languages (Luxembourgish, French, and German), low unemployment rate, low inflation, and solid growth, working in Luxembourg is an attractive option for expatriates as they will also benefit from tax exemptions for the first five years they live in the country. Therefore, almost 44% of the Luxembourgish population is comprised of expats and foreigners mainly working in the financial services and technology sector.
