We are looking for an Working Team Leader (Spanish-speaking ) - On-site to join one of our exciting projects.

What you'll experience with us

As a Working Team Leader in our team, you will:

-Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
-Monitor and report on customer service performance, and any recurring issues that require attention
-Identify and feedback on potential functions that will improve customer
-Working cross-functionally with the Sales and the Product teams
-Support the PM to fulfil Client's business account plan
-Monitor and report team performance
-Motivate as a team leader controlling turnover and retaining potential and motivated team members
-Offer support in critical problems (escalations, emergencies, agents, and customers complaints).
-Propose changes in bonuses / reporting to management
-Report productivity metrics to the team and management daily

We'll be a great match if you:

- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced English
- Possess leadership skills
- Come with experience in accounting
- Hold a bachelor´s degree in business administration or similar
- Have working knowledge of CRMs and Tech Support applications
